             EASTERN NEIGHBOURHOOD
             • Ukrainian Armed Forces (EUR 3.6 billion) — military equipment (lethal and non-lethal) and maintenance, repair and refit
             services of military equipment to support Ukraine to defend its territory and population against the Russian aggression;
             (EUR 2 billion) – Ammunition package: reimbursement for EU member states’ ground-to-ground and artillery ammunition and
             missiles donated to Ukraine from existing stocks or from the reprioritisation of existing orders; joint procurement of 155-mm-
             calibre artillery rounds and missiles;
             (EUR 255 million) — EUMAM Ukraine: ammunition, military equipment and platforms designed to deliver lethal force as well
             as equipment and supplies not designed to deliver lethal force, transportation, custody, and maintenance and repair of the
             military equipment provided for supporting training;
             (EUR 31 million) — medical equipment, demining and engineering equipment, ground mobility, logistical assets and cyber-defence
             • Georgian Defence Forces (EUR 62.75 million) — three assistance measures to date for the provision of equipment in the
             medical, engineering, ground mobility, logistics, cyber defence, and command and control spheres;
             • Armed Forces of the Republic of Moldova (EUR 137 million) — five assistance measures to date for the provision of short-
             range air defence systems, medical equipment, explosive ordnance disposal, logistics, mobility, command and control, cyber
             defence, electronic warfare, unmanned aerial reconnaissance, air surveillance and tactical communications
             • Armenian Armed Forces (EUR 10 million) — equipment to strengthen the logistical capacities of the Armenian Armed Forces
             through the provision of a fully-fledged deployable tent camp for a battalion-sized unit
             WESTERN BALKANS
             • Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (EUR 10 million) — demining equipment, transport and medical vehicles;
             (EUR 10 million) — field equipment, key tools for military engineering and CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear)
             materiel
             • Balkan Medical Task Force (EUR 6 million) — mobility assets, medical components, laboratory, IT and communication equipment
             • Army of North Macedonia (EUR 22 million) — logistics support, medical, engineering equipment, information and
             communication systems, intelligence capacities and training equipment
             • Albanian Armed Forces (EUR 13 million) — light armoured multipurpose vehicles, related supplies and services, including
             technical training
             MIDDLE EAST
             • Lebanese Armed Forces (EUR 21 million) — military medical equipment and services, personal equipment and supplies,
             engineering equipment and infrastructure support
             • Jordanian Armed Forces (EUR 7 million) — military medical services, military medical services, engineering support and
             C-UAV/Counter Unmanned Air Vehicles systems

                                  • Mozambican Armed Forces / EU Training Mission in Mozambique (EUR 89 million) — ground and amphibious mobility
                                  assets, technical devices and a field hospital
                                  • Rwanda Defence Force in Mozambique (EUR 20 million) — collective and personal equipment, costs related to the strategic
                                  airlift
                                  • Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania (EUR 27 million) — intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR
                                  Unmanned aerial systems (UAVs), quads, light boats and patrol boats - including spare parts and maintenance training -,
                                  individual equipment, medical equipment, multi-purpose aeronautical equipment, AWD vehicles, floating docks, and a naval
                                  asset in the 22-33 M category
                                  • Ghana Armed Forces (EUR 33.25 million) — such as medical, imagery, engineering, electronic warfare and explosive
                                  ordnance disposal equipment
                                  • Democratic Republic of the Congo (EUR 20 million) — individual equipment and collective equipment for the 31 st  Rapid
                                  Reaction Brigade of the FARDC as well as infrastructure rehabilitation of the brigade’s headquarters
                                  • Beninese Armed Forces (EUR 41.75 million) — intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft and Unmanned Air
                                  Systems, including spare parts and maintenance training, multipurpose military aircraft, medical equipment, training of pilots
                                  and aircraft mechanics, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance radar and command and control capacities, as well as
                                  training ammunition and small arms for operational purposes
                                  • Gulf of Guinea (Ghana and Cameroon) (EUR 21 million) — Surveillance and Reconnaissance services to the Yaoundé
                                  Architecture and non-lethal equipment to the navies of Ghana and Cameroon, such as of Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats/
                                  intervention speed boats, engines, light Naval Rotary Unmanned Air Vehicles, marine generators for ships and scuba diving
                                  equipment
                                  • Somali National Army (EUR 1 million) — ammunition for training Somali National Army personnel in conjunction with EU
                                  Training Mission in Somalia
                                  • Kenya Defence Forces (EUR 20 million) — tactical unmanned aerial vehicles, non-lethal interceptors and jammers, systems
                                  to defeat improvised explosive devices, electronic warfare means, cross-country tactical military-type vehicles, a mobile
                                  medical post, night vision goggles, life vests, and personal protective equipment
                                  • Armed Forces of Cote d’Ivoire (EUR 15 million) — Intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities and
                                  Unmanned aerial systems (UAVs), multi-purpose ground vehicles and personal protective equipment
                                  • Gulf of Guinea (Benin) (EUR 5 million) — on-the-job training in naval education and assistance to support efforts to bring
                                  back patrol boats to operating conditions, equipment of ship maintenance workshops, outboard engines, surveillance boats,
                                  and personal protective equipment
                                  Continuation of support to military components of African-led Peace Support Operations as previously funded under the
                                  African Peace Facility. Two assistance measures taking the form of general programmes for support to the African Union in
                                  2021 (EUR 130 million) and 2022-24 (EUR 600 million), under which so far:
                                  • African Union (Transition) Mission in Somalia (AMISOM /ATMIS) (EUR 340 million) — support to the military component of
                                  AMISOM/ATMIS, including troop allowances, to enable the gradual handover of security responsibilities to the Somali security
                                  forces
                                  • Somali National Army (EUR 89 million) — works on military infrastructure, including military training facility, provision of
                                  command, control and communication equipment, ground mobility, systems to defeat improvised explosive devices, medical
                                  equipment and reconnaissance equipment, to enhance the capacity of the Somali National Army to implement the Somali
                                  Transition Plan
                                  • Multi-National Joint Task Force against Boko Haram - MNJTF (EUR 100 million) — enhancing operational effectiveness of the
                                  MNJTF, aiming to create a safe and secure environment in the areas affected by the activities of Boko Haram and other terrorist
                                  groups
                                  • G5 Sahel Joint Force (EUR 17 million) — following the withdrawal of Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger, support to strengthen the
                                  resilience of the Mauritanian armed forces and to rehabilitate the Chadian logistic stronghold and airstrip in Wour
                                  • Southern African Development Community (SADC) Mission in Mozambique (SAMIM) (EUR 15 million) — support to the
                                  military component of SAMIM including camp fortifications, medical equipment, vehicles and boats, as well as technological
                                  devices
